Went inside to order, i stood there patiently for about 3 to 4 minutes, NO O E ACKNOWLEDGED ME. There was 7 employees on staff. Everyone tried to seem too busy to take care of me. I spoke and said hello, should i order through drive thru, there was NO REPLY, 3 workers turned around and looked but still no reply. I stood 3 additional minutes, finally someone asked if they could help me. I said no thank and walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Ordered through the drive through. Took more then 20 minutes to get my order for 3 people. Had to actually go in to get my food. Not short handed as there was 6 people working just the front that I could see. Also forgot to add the sauce and ranches that I asked for. Food was okay.

This is the only Popeyes I order from and it’s nice that it’s local. The food is always so damn good we can’t wait to have it again and again. Chicken is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Sides are always good. Customer service is great too. When I do a big order I might have to wait 5 min but it’s always worth it.

Popeyes. We get 1/2 spicy and the rest regular The food is usually good but quality is not consistent with different stores. Can have problems finding coupons. Service also is a great variable. Stores run by Mexicans usually better.
