So I was having issues getting my 16' F350 is for a check engine light. Ramsey got my truck in within a week while every other dealership around was saying 4-6 weeks. My truck was done on time and fixed. No engine light, with warranty part installed, no cost. I was also amazed how much help I got after my appointment to load my motorcycle I drove there in the back of my truck. It was a great experience and I'm glad there's still kind and humble people out there.

After a recent visit yesterday for the Works service package I picked up my F-250 to find that the work was not completed again, They did not top off fluids or reset my system. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. I called and talked with the service manager, Tara, and she informed me that I could bring it back in and they would resolve the issues, so if I want to take another day off I can get the service I paid for. After talking with her about this happening again I questioned how do I know if they did any of the work and how will I know on future work and she said I could bring it in and "hope for the best". Not quite what I would think of when I think of customer service as this continues to happen and they continue to make these mistakes. This is frustrating as I try to support the local business.

I’ve read some of these negative reviews and I can’t believe they are even shopping at the same place as i am. I’ve been purchasing cars as a whole for over 30 years... 15 years of which I’ve been shopping at Ramsey Ford. My wife and I have spent roughly 6-700k there on 15+ cars and trucks. I’ve worked with a bunch of different salesman but the one constant was the top notch management. ANY time I’ve had a question or concern when buying a vehicle all I’ve done is pick up the phone and ask for the manager. In FIFTEEN YEARS of purchasing cars and trucks there not once have i left feeling slighted and/or lied to. If i did you can bet I’d never go back, but that’s not the case. Every single time I’ve walked into Ramsey’s I’ve been met with a smile whether the salesman knows me or not. Every single time I’ve walked in there I’ve been catered to and spoke to like I’m family walking into the door. I like to feel at home, i like no hassles and most of all i like to have a say in everything I’m buying. They always meet my expectations and not once have i walked away unhappy…. 15 YEARS FOLKS. If you walk in to Ramsey Ford looking to buy a car and leave mad, whining or upset, my guess is you are a snowflake or you are just looking to complain about something. Is Ramsey’s perfect, hell no, but on a scale of 1-10, it’s a solid 8-9 all day long.
