Service center is a HUGE disappointment. My vehicle had two, then three, now four recalls and had been there for a month. I originally had 8 vehicles ahead of me, when it was brought in. Then 3. They literally have not touched my vehicle. I have begged and pleaded at least for a time frame, to tell my employer bc I need my car for my work. No compassion, no understanding. All they say is they can't tell me anything. Meanwhile I am losing clients and a paycheck. Heartless!!!

Terrible service, rushed through to try and get me to sign since they figured that I wouldn’t know any better. Didn’t understand that I had total-loss paperwork. Then delayed my tags and registration since it was an out of state purchase.
