I wish I could give minus marks for their services. The employees and the manager were complete bull! They made me wait for an hour for my order, I was still polite with the team. I saw right in front of my eyes, Ms Sophia just trashed my order receipt and people who came after me were getting the orders. When after an hour I went up again, the team suddenly turns into a gang and instead of apologising said “you’ll get your food”. Their overall attitude was unjustifiable. Such negativity overall.. I almost feel they wanna serve white folks only! Please prove me wrong and I will change my opinion

The taste of the food was food. The vegan ice cream was good as well. Those little tacos priced a little under $4 wasn't worth it for the size.

Long wait, poor service, bland food. Waited an hour for one burrito when they said it would be 30 minutes. The burrito lacked flavor when I finally got it and the kitchen staff didn’t really care and was joking around. At least the atmosphere was kinda cool while I waited

Yes 10% is nice but the Lloyd discoint is gigantic..
2 minutes wait, but totally worth it. Can order and pick up or get delivered via food apps as well! Can call ahead as well, highly recommend dirty south taco and snosberry mule
Yes. I dont think they'll have an issue with that. Maybe try calling and asking them once.
You can order online and pick up at the Hertel location only.
