Worst Cinemark theater I’ve been to, it shouldn’t even deserve to have Cinemark in the name. Poor customer service, super outdated, the seats feel like I’m sitting on a plastic bucket & they stink. Now I know why there’s always tickets available there, I usually go to the one in Rialto which is way better. If I could I’d give 0 stars.

I purchased tickets and snacks on line. Picked them up an arrival. The theater itself was clean and comfy. Took my granddaughter to see a new release was a very enjoyable experience. Will go again

It was a blast from the past. My son asked if this was the way movie theaters were in the 80s...I told him yes... lol... I've been spoiled with recliners, so sitting was a bit uncomfortable for the long movie we watched. Needs a little upgrade, but customer service was spot on for the most part. Bathrooms were clean... not a place to hangout.a couple of video games available. However, I recommend that you get there just before your movie and order tickets ahead of time... not much to do while waiting.

NO COVID Restrictions at all!!!! The Family behind us was coughing so much not once or twice but the entire time and NOT wearing masks. SO annoying that people don’t have common sense… Spoke to the manager and said they couldn’t do …
No they don't sell alcohol at this theatre. In fact, I wouldn't even take a date here unless you wanna be super cheap. I recommend the Cinemark in Rialto (which sells alcohol, ordering food & alcohol@your chair) & they have "Realistic Chairs" that move/vibrate to react to the film you watch. If u still wanna go to Chino, BYOB just put it in your back pocket. I hope this was helpful. Victoria Gardens sells alcohol too btw.
why would you want to movie Hop you should know the movie you want to see before you go and if that movie is over with and you want just to go into another one go pay for another only $4$6 for the night movies
I'm not going to lie I've been to the movie theaters soon some horror flicks and then I'll have kids sitting behind me crying babies I've seen them in there I don't know me personally I have a younger set a 7 and 8 year old that I wouldn't put in there but each to his own

I bought my tickets straight from the Cinemark website. It will show you the times for the movies tonight and have you buy your tickets online to reserve your seats. Latest showing I've seen was 7-8pm.
so for the PG 13 movies do you have to prove that you’re 13 to watch or do you need an adult ?

It depends on the theater not every theater checks to see if your thirteen or older. If you look to young management might refuse to sell you a ticket on the other hand if the kid goes with a group of teens most of the time they dont cause older kids buy the tickets. Hope that helps
Just go on their website and it should tell you what they are showing. Here's the link: https://www.cinemark.com/southern-california/cinemark-movies-8
I hope this helps you! :)
