Had the furnace installed on 1 19 22. Have had the inducer motor replaced but it still makes a very loud noise when heat is activated. I am not happy with this furnace and believe Jim should have made a better recommendation. The unit is a Lennox

We love our new heating and cooling system. The air quality in our house is much better, the heating is much more quiet than our old furnace and the air conditioning is a godsend on a hot, muggy day. O'Donnell knows what they are doing. The initial assessment indicated they were very knowledgable and confident in their work. The installation was very efficient and all systems are working well. We would highly recommend this company.
