I’ve decided to visit Pandora jewelry store. Because I want to buy something for my wife on our anniversary. I walked through, they greeted me immediately. One lady assists me. They asked me what exactly I’m looking for, and I told her I want necklace for my wife. They gave me different style of necklace. She helped me figured it out what exactly style is. everything went smoothly customer service was really good. And she was very polite and knowledgeable to the product. And I have decided to make my purchase from that store. The service I received was excellent. it was no pressure to buy anything at Pandora because staff are very helpful. And my wife was very happy for the necklace I bought. It’s simple yet elegant.

It all depends on what's wrong with it. I think if you bought it less than a year ago it will still be under warranty.

They only do curbside orders
Not sure if it costs anything. They clean your jewelry for free,so they might repair it for free also.Try calling and ask them.
