Long wait time for service. Was told I had to make an appointment with a manager to dispute a charge. Made an appointment and came back a couple days later and was told charges had to be disputed over the phone with Spectrum. Not great service.

Look at your TV jacks, then DVD player jacks. Then search Amazon for HDMI to whatever your TV has. Converter jacks. I hope your TV is not BW, or your SOL.
Nothing, you cannot purchase one and make it work on the service. It needs to be programed on their end. If you need internet right now, consider using the Hotspot from your phone or visit your wireless provider and get a cellular Hotspot added to your account. My 2c...
