They only offer eyeglass fitting during certain times of the day (7:30-4PM Monday-Friday), they do not allow you to book appointments outside these hours, and when we went to pick our glasses up before 6:30 PM, they were already closed and had the door locked. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for eye care needs. Examination is okay, but you're better off ordering glasses online for a fraction of the price and having them fit by a place that offers no complications, free fitting, such as Target.

I love visiting vision essentials the exams are great the staff is great. I come from premier eye care definitely when I changed doctors I felt I could see way clearer in your glasses less expensive, However I get my glasses through medical and they seem to break very quickly. I also wear glasses and contacts so I would hope they would take the time to schedule for both in one visit if they see you need both in a working mom and don’t have time for two appointments other than that very courteous and helpful people!!

I had an exam and the doctor did not dilate my eyes and did not explain why he did not do this. In other words he gave me an incomplete exam. And of course I was charged for a complete exam which he failed to give me.
