Good food good service! Can be slow at times with one bartender but your in Wild Rose why in such a hurry.

Arriving just after 4:00pm on Friday at Slugger's Sports Bar for our first 2022 fish fry post Ash Wednesday. The Bartenders/Waitresses were up-beat and ready to outperform. Everyone from the Owner to the Cook(s) were very accommodating, no matter their station, they all chipped-in to assure their patrons were taken care of. . . . . . Refreshing to witness this day & age, very easy to see why this establishment gets it's fair share of business. My wife had the Walleye and I the Perch. Portions were plentiful and filling to the point we brought some home. Drinks were proportioned nicely as well. Overall we enjoyed our time at Slugger's despite the food being a bit lack luster and slightly over cooked. Be sure to bring cash and/or be prepared to pay via check as debit cards are not accepted. Ordered the refrigerator I wanted, and delivered it all A1 style 😎 👌. Took the old refrigerator too, nice young men took care of us 🇺🇸, and we didn't have to help them at all.
