DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!. HORRIBLE place to bring your child they traumatized my daughter when i took her in a for a tooth extraction my child came out crying they gave my daughter the sedation juice and waited over an hour to see her by the time they took her to the back I'm sure it'd wore off i was told they give her more but they didn't it took me a while to be able to get my daughter to trust any dentist i walked away crying with my child the day of the procedure and never went back. HORRIBLE i repeat HORRIBLE dentist to bring your children if i could I'd give this place no stars

Worst place ever. My mom had scheduled an appointment for only my little brother. Once we were at the door the lady told me I couldn’t go in. Her solution was for me to stay outside BY MYSELF or in a car BY MYSELF. Knowing that I would be alone brought me fear. ( I’m only 12.) With all the crime going around that was unacceptable. I read a handful of reviews and noticed a lot of red flags. The staff was insanely rude and disrespectful to my mom. They rolled their eyes right at her face and mine. Do not go here no matter if people say they had a good experience.

Been here three times now. Our last visit they had my 3 year old wait over an hour to be seen for his routine cleaning. Didn’t call us to the back until I finally inquired because my son was just over the waiting (as would any 3 year old). The girl told me their system was down and is back up now. We go to the back and they separate him for X-rays (which is fine). I am asked to sit in the cleaning area. He comes back a short while later, no tears, not crying just a little nervous. The hygienist told me he said no to the X-rays, which was predictable given the circumstances surrounding the long wait. They decided to not even try to clean his teeth and the doctor did his exam. He fully cooperated the whole exam and the dr was nice, which has always been our experience. I called billing because I wanted to know if that exam would be covered by insurance and also inquired if I could bring him back for his cleaning since the office was the mess up here. She told me they were short staffed and behind due to other patients that day and his chart said he was “very uncooperative.” Excuse me… what?! I’m so upset because I was also told I couldn’t bring him back for the cleaning portion and he’s stuck waiting an additional 6mo. So the way I see it, my child’s oral health isn’t valued by this place when I offered to reschedule with the Covid screener over my concerns that he’s lost his patience for the day.
