I booked an appointment today for 11am. They had 2 other people 1 getting her hair colored and 1 getting haircut. With 2 other people waiting. So the time is getting closer to 11am and nobody says anything about waiting longer. So another stylist comes in and takes the next customer then the stylist says it will be another 15 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time I sat there 30-45 minutes. I will not be going back to this location any more.
