It was or use to be a great place but it has gone day hill a lot. And i have been coming here for over 12yrs. Maybe time to find a new place 😔

i had stopped going here because more than half the machines were always out of order. I had to go this past Sunday as my apartment dryer was broken. Has some nice new dryers some were already out of order. Girl said getting new washers Wich is 👍 good. Has nice new black and white chairs soft to sit on .girls there have always been friendly but know fix that dang computer to accept citizens bank chipped cards so where not inconvenienced or teach them how to use at register not all know how to use your credit card to add funds to wash card.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would! I went to this place a couple years ago when my washing machine broke down I personally like to wash my clothes and warm water sometimes hot water when I am paying for it I expect it! Well it was not hot water they tried to tell me because it rinsed in cold water and put the $20 back on my card. Haven't been there in a couple years recently went back last month and again nothing no hot water at all this time they finally admitted that there is no hot water in their machines and gave me the cash back I will not be going back to this place which is too bad because with my schedule I am a night person and a lot of the times places are not open when I have time to do things they could really make their business much better if they put a little bit more effort into it.
