Doctor is amazing, the other staff great however the receptionist? she has a power trip of some sort, they called to confirm and had supposedly left a message but i was out so i didn't see it. they call the following day and leave a message this time saying my appt was going to be cancelled because they assumed i wasn't coming. i call back and am met with a guilt trip about other dogs and their appointment even though i said "i got the call and i don't doubt you left a message i just didn't receive anything" the receptionist got defensive and attempted a back and forth for no reason, then tried to still pass off my appointment saying i never called back until i had to get sharp and say well i'm calling now. Everything goes fine to the appointment until my phone ended a call when the dr called me, i call back quickly and say "i just received a call so i'm calling back", allison the receptionist responds in a rude tone "okay and are you looking for info, an appointment, what" so i respond "no im outside, my phone cut the call so i'm calling back now right away", she asks for who it's for and i reply with my dogs name to which this lady goes "okay that wasn't me it was the dr"... obviously i don't have the dr extension of course it wouldn't be her as incompetent as she is

BUYER BEWARE ....PLEASE do your homework before visiting this hospital ...THIS is most unprofessional vet hospital you could ever want to go to ...THE OFFICE MANAGER MIA is a complete rude C*NT ..I WAS just denied services because they were upset because I went to another vet to javelin my dogs ears posted ....the vet had called to get my records was all ....in the meantime I was inbetween medications for my make German shepherd who had roundworms I just called and was informing them that I was coming back for my second dosage and she said we don't want to treat your dogs anymore because we feel disrespected by you ...and then she hung up ....would anyone else feel that's OK? ....also beware they take tour animal and do not allow you to come inside ...they claim that gave my dogs the medication I paid for ....but if your not in person how do you really know .....honestly I didn't even want to go back to this hospital for fear of them just taking my money and not providing my pet the medication I'm 0aying for ....they are still hiding behind the COVID RESTRICTIONS.....do yourself a favor find any vet but this one ....THIS VET IS FRAUDULENT AND MIA IS A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER who Quite honestly I don't know how she has a job there or anywhere working with customers....she is anything but customer service friendly ...she is on another level of rudeness....I will be calling and having some people calling and wanting to speak to the owner of the establishment or one of the head vet's themselves ..THIS MIA individual needs to be dealt with according

Hello Karla Serra the consultation is 60.00 dollars but Dr. Williams does not speak Spanish and there is no bilingual staff but you can take her to the maclay. She is located in Reseda and Sherman Way and it is cheaper and you do not pay for emergency. for a breath From the heart. The full Blood work was going to cost us a little over $300, so we did a partial panel until we can go in for the full panel.
