It's alright - you see how much it costs, and for that the quality is decent. My only gripe is ordering online, something is usually missing from my order, bread, the dessert, and typically the drink. It's happened more times than it hasn't. There is no easy way to get a refund for when they don't give you think items you paid for.

Today was Horrible... Placed order online and it should of been ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived there, the employees were arguing among themselves and misplacing customers order's. Then after waiting for like 20 minutes for my oder I see my order sitting out side not covered and then they realized it was my order they placed back in the oven...!!! Horrible services, manager should fire them all because the service was Horrendous

Never hot & ready! Isnt that supposed to be there thing? Smh needs better management just as much as every other restaurant in Worcester just goto the one on main st if you’re looking for fast service
