This review is overdue. In 2020, I was referred to Sutter Health Physical and Hand Therapy by my podiatrist after a nerve injury that became chronic. Due to the nature of the injury, I may never be without pain or walk normally again - quite and adjustment physically and mentally. However, for a year after my diagnosis, my physical therapist, Mitch Arno, empowered me with knowledge, exercises, and tools to make vast improvements in day to day living. With his problem-solving, positivity, and humor, he guided me through the most difficult adjustment period for this condition. I saw myself improving and gaining confidence to work through pain and make progress with walking and movement. Mitch was a significant partner in my progress and I firmly believe that without him I would not have made the progress I did or kept as positive an attitude. Additionally, the front desk and scheduling team were upbeat and responsive, making sure I had regular appointments and addressing my billing questions. All of my appointments occurred during the worst of Covid and I always felt the whole team at this office was careful to maintain a clean and masked work environment which put my mind at ease and helped me focus on the physical therapy. Many thanks to Mitch and everyone at Sutter Physical and Hand Therapy for their hard work and professionalism! I would recommend this practice to anyone needing physical therapy.

Knowledgeable, professional, and personable staff. Several months ago I broke my left hand in two places and my right elbow. Needless to say I needed a lot of rehabilitative therapy to gain pain free function to perform even the most basic daily activities. Over the past several months I have worked with several PT therapists. While It will still take time to gain 100% function, I will always be grateful for the expert care and compassion I received from this team.
