Our waitress Liz was excellent! I know it sounds silly but we always need extra napkins and Liz gave us extra napkins without even asking. Also she was so on top of everything! I came here on my birthday and she was so nice and hooked me up with a dessert for free! The chili cheese fries were delicious! The salad, devine. Pump House has a very welcoming atmosphere, great service and excellent food! We will definitely be back. Thank you Liz for a wonderful birthday!

Been out here many times over the last decade. It's one of those places you want to order everything off the menu! I've always been super impressed with the food quality here!! My last visit didn't quite hit the same quality level. I will still rate it 5 stars as it was still good but when I come here I have come to expect incredible! I usually would brag how amazing the food is here. But I can taste the change. Even the clam chowder was bland, so needs improvement. I'm quite the clam chowder connoisseur. I understand there was ownership change. The cowgirl owners before used to greet customers and make them feel welcome. The staff was still welcoming and kind. But the customer is always right. I ordered a rare rare burger which they said they can only do medium rare. Well I still requested a rare rare burger. I got a well done charred burger that was tiny. Not what I expected or wanted compared to what I had on my previous visit. I will come back again and see how it goes but I hope it improves back to the standard that was set by the previous owners. Owning and opering a restaurant is HARD work! But keeping cutomers happy to come back and recommending your business is imperative.
