I received a notice on my recycle carts yesterday. Notice had items circled 1)carts must be 3 feet apart (which they were- only trash and recycling were out) and 2) extra recycling must be bagged and use extra pickup sticker. In Fact, I had a large cardboard box with extra pickup sticker on it. It was too large for a 33 gallon trash bag and too large to place in recycling cart. So I left box there. Why would I waste a plastic bag just to have them cut it off and throw it away anyway? My recycling cart doesn't get picked up until 230p as it is. Trash was picked up at 12p. Aren't we getting away from using plastics? Not to mention, I placed a cardboard box out last month with extra pickup recycling sticker - and you picked it up. No problem. Republic Services - use some common sense- do better.

Previous named Allied trash services billed me durant 24 months, while at the same time billing me through city of stockton. When I discovered the error, they closed that account and deleted all billing history, then they opened a new account in my name. They Owe me $777.84 of which they refuse to pay back. They are thieves.

Terrible company with terrible customer service rep’s. City of Stockton transferred to this crazy business looking for three months of payments in advance. I hope they get shut down soon

Very unprofessional. Their website information doesn't match what their guttersnipe representatives tell you on the phone. "Janay" sounds as if she's overworked and doesn't seem to care she sounds as if it's just a paycheck, refused to cancel my service. Why? No reason given when the site specifically states you can cancel of course you are subject to early termination fees? My service was just transferred to this fly by night business by City of Stockton. Comical and shady . I've been hold ever since I spoke to this trash representative for over 30 minutes, let's me further know one person is handling the calls .
