Horrible. I ordered a part and wanted it shipped out. 3 weeks later I still have no part and the rude people (a man and a woman) that answer the phone can't tell me if they got the part or if they shipped it out to me. He gave a tracking # that is not valid and then said he doesn't know anything about the shipping or thE address that he supposedly shipped it to. What a nightmare!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
