I have no words to describe how awful the customer service was here, as person that deals with chronic physical pain, I was simply looking for a power scooter to help me be more mobile, Unfortunately the experience I had with the regional manager Ally was so uncalled for, she treated me so disrespectfully and I can’t understand why? All I wanted to know was what kind of portable scooter’s they had and whats the process of getting one. all I got out of this was being treated like trash, all she wanted to do was argue and interrupt! and she would not give me a chance to speak or ask questions! I couldn’t understand why she was being so angry? I didn’t do anything wrong? I don’t want people who deal with chronic pain to have to deal with someone so difficult and Disgusting!! She showed zero sympathy for people who are in chronic pain and I need a sense of mobility, Ally the regional manager Should not be in the customer service business especially when it’s her job to help people with medical issues. she should be ashamed of herself. save yourself the trouble and get your medical equipment elsewhere a place that actually cares, so unfortunate so uncalled for I hope the company and the owner Handles this issue so no one has to go through this ever!! Ally the regional manager for access medical in Palm Desert you should be ashamed of yourself, Please find a job that doesn’t require you to deal with customers so unfortunate so disrespectful. And I highly recommend Sun Medical they have great customer service I received my scooter within a day after this terrible Experience.

Yes, you can. We carry Hollister leg bags 540ml or 900ml and also their night drainage bag 2000ml. This brand does not require a Rx. All the other brands, require a prescription by CA law.
We do not carry cho-pat. Our orthopedic brace company is called FLA orthopedics. High quality products and they carry an identical knee support strap. Are you looking for the dual strap or the single?
