Been a member since 2016, got my account reactivated about a year ago. And every time I have tried to use my info to create an account on their app to be able to ACCESS my account, it always rejects me for whatever reason. I've tried calling them and emailing them to try to get help, and have been ignored every time. Was homeless a few years ago and have been fighting to get my life to some resemblance of stability for the last year and a half. And this bank has been one of my biggest barriers I've had to get past. Had to reactivate my account in mid 2021 and couldn't access my account for over three months. Eventually I gave up, since finding a job was more important than dealing with a faulty system with no compensation. Cashapp has honestly been more help to me than RCU. Be careful if your opening a new account. Update:finally gained access to my account. Will keep this updated as my experience evolves.

With the amount of calls that come in each day, it would not work for us to have an operator directing calls, but if you use those options you will be able to get through to a person that can help you.
