I had the worst experience of my life with Elizabeth Robledo Lead Case Manager, how she abuses people, degrades them and if she doesn't like you, she won't stop until she kicks you out of the program. I witnessed how she threw a family out onto the street and the family slept on the street. With her children, that lady is hateful. I know that the program is useful and they do help you, but if the workers like you, the concept is there, the intention is good, but the workers do not help.

This Village is doing it's part to help all who need help. Friendly staff, clean and showers rock! Food Every day and that gives me Hope!

So very sorry thay this happened to you.Sadly, there are gossips everywhere, that do sooo much damage.
So true experiencing that now
I couldn't agree more with you. They did the same thing to me, my 5 yr old and my senior mom. It's all about money and not about helping ppl there. We had to leave CA. California doesn't treat the homeless well at all! Tons of help in Phoenix Arizona.
They don't even follow their own regulations about room checks
Yes there is a waiting list
You can seek shelter here, but they decide who they let in or not. And if they don't like you once you get here, they will work collectively to get you put out. They have staff here working as counselors whose ink is still wet on their diplomas
Yeah
