Every time I go over there I make a appointment they always make me wait almost 1 hour. Me and my sister went today with a appointment had to wait when I started my pedicure the water was so hot it felt like my feet were burning. I had to tell her to cool it down, after everything we were going to get are eyebrows waxed and they were rushed. It wasn’t a enjoyable experience.

Did not get the nails i wanted. I showed Nancy the reference picture and was not even close. her blending is not good and kept telling me halfway through “ill fix it” and did not fix it. she knew she did me dirty. this is what i wanted vs. what i got
