Wendys is a good place to eat ..just like anywhere sometimes they get ya order messed up ..but they will make food your way ..like me i dont eat hamburger and other meats ..so i request a certain way ..i get it so much they all usually no it lol..plus you can get thigs on dollar menu and for 2 eat under $10

Went through the drive thru an ordered a large chili and was given 2 pks of crackers, I believe there is either one or two crackers in each pack. I like a moderate amount of crackers in my chili and this was not going to serve that purpose. I ask for more crackers and added that two pks of crackers is not enough for a large chili. The girl said well that’s what we give and if you want any more you have to ask for them. I responded “ that’s what I’m asking now”. But anyway if I had drove off without looking in my bag then I would be short on crackers. My point is these restaurants are charging us more money for food and giving us less. At least be fair with your customers and give, at the very least, 4 pks of crackers with a large chili. It’s common sense to treat your customers fair.
