Good Afternoon Google Family. I visited this location after visiting Sharswood Senior Center in North Philadelphia. I was on a mission to deliver Avon books and speak to the residents about living and being healthy since I am a Fitness Trainer and Coach. When I arrived at the community center, I was greeted at the desk by the receptionist. I explained that I was there to deliver Avon books. She told me that it was a community center and the seniors did not live there. I said thank you and departed. I was greeted outside by a nice passerby in a vehicle and I explained why I was there. She accepted an Avon book and told me to wait around since the seniors would be arriving soon for lunch and that I was welcome to stay there and pass out Avon books. I declined and thanked her profusely for her kindness. She also mentioned 52nd Street and said there were plenty of businesses and people there. I agreed and said I would explore that option another time. I recall being at this community center many years ago for an event but I do not remember what the event was. Today was a great day, even if I did not get to place the Avon books or talk to the seniors. I still made progress. Have a great day, Google Family!!!
