Terrible customer service. I have ordered a store pickup and signed in for a curbside pickup- waited at the curbside for 35 minutes - called the store 4 times and told that I am waiting at the curbside. They said they would send someone but no one showed up. And then I receive an email stating that my order has been picked up. I had to go to the store to address the issue. They have zero respect for people’s time!

Love Nike, can’t deal with the stores customer service. Everyone stands around like they’re hanging out and don’t ask you if you need anything. You have to go up to them as if you’re bothering. Cashier that checked me out never said one word or made any eye contact, greeted me etc. She had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. Really soured my shopping experience.

After not initially finding what i was looking for, but noting a discrepancy in the count, the associate dug through the supply room and found the last pair in the size i needed! Brilliant!
You would have to call the store, but K Roy, this is not an outlet at North Park. That is in Allen at the outlet mall location. This is full price Nike store.
Is a receipt necessary to return some pants that I purchased there? There should be information on your computer of what I bought there.

Im not 100% sure, but usually they need an order number or something to process a return. Check the nike app or the order confirmation email for information that they may be able to use
