Ice machine has been busted for months (and it costs quarters to use when it does work), soda machine was unplugged and has been for months. Rooms are nicer than you'd expect for the price, and are usually adequately cleaned.

Shower curtain bar fell down. Holes in door lock. Old beds uncomfortable. Small pillows. Rug looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

I've stayed here a few times now. The rooms are always clean, very roomy, and the staff friendly and accommodating. It is nice having the fridge for drinks and snacks too. Booking is easy on their website too. I recommend this place to stay over any other in Weaverville.

I've stayed here several times in the past while visiting relatives, but this review is for the excellent customer service I received when I had to cancel the recent reservation I made. Family plans changed so we didn't need to stay overnight. We will definitely stay here again this fall.
