I was super excited to see there was a restaurant supply store in a small town such as Yuba City and wouldn’t bust our small two day trip trying to find it in general. I work in the Back of House in the Culinary industry at a high end resort back in Hawaii and trying to find and shop quality tools and supplies is a pain for both mind and wallets. I had a list in my mind for both home and work life. When I got to the store, I was happy to have found frying pans that I could use when I work a station back at work. I could have used a couple more but I’ll take what I can get. I wish that shelves were a little more stocked with pots, pans and utensils than actual edibles. It deserves much more shelf space and variety. Small fresh produce section and a ton of shelf substainable food. These are things you can already buy at Amazon. Employees could use more training about the term and lingo of a restaurant employee. That way we can connect more. I did not like the idea if I wanted to order something at I felt was worth the while, it would not just ship to me back at home. I could have spent a lot more $$ for my job and local businesses back at home if that was a possibility.
