Nothing but great service all along I’ve been with VCCU for over 6 years and have nothing to complain about unlike the other negative Nancy’s reviewing on here. I like the fact that you talk to actual employees at VCCU when you walk in, unlike the big Corporate Banks where no one is present.

Bad customer services, I regret banking with this bank.

I would give this Credit Union 0 stars. Unfortunately the lowest rating allowed is 1star. This Credit Union is a Co-op. I normally just use this Credit Union to withdraw money from the ATM because there are no fees involved. I decided to use this Credit Union to make a relatively large deposit. They LOST the check deposit. How does a Credit Union lose a check?!?! Unbelievable! This speaks volumes about the level of their competency. Be very careful if you decide to make any deposits here. I would strongly advise against it.
