Almost ten months now- nobody willing to help or reach out and assist us to know what’s going on…manager will not call, either. Will be reaching out to BBB and bank in reference to charges from 1/01/22 an d purchase never received; no contact from store. They can’t charge for items, never deliver and not contact you or refund the money. So six months later, still missing three of the five pieces of furniture purchased January 01 that we were told were in stock and would receive the next week. We only received 2 of 5 pieces. Today, June 17, still have not received a call back from the manager. I have requested four separate times for a call back and an update and have not received a single call. Girl on phone today asked if WE have COME OUT TO THE STORE to check on the order…wow Will are fling a the complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When did it become okay to take someone’s money and never respond with an answer about what we paid for. We spent so much time shopping for and waiting on this, it is an incomplete eye sore now. We went somewhere else to furnish the other rooms and it was done in a professional and timely manor. Originally said Good quality furniture. I had a good sales person, Lovely. Yes, that really is her name. The gentleman who helps load your purchase if you pick up anything at the store, was a really nice and very helpful gentleman.He went above and beyond! I would have given a five star review, and now they barely made it past two….everything I was told about delivery and when I would receive everything, was not true. I was told everything was in stock and setup delivery for a specific date. I was called, emailed and text that the delivery was going to arrive at a completely different date, day of the week, which I specifically told them at purchase, we could not do. After numerous calls, that was fixed. Delivery men were very helpful. At delivery when he asked me to sign the delivery form, I said I would after the brought in the other three pieces. He said they were only supposed to be delivering two pieces, not five. When I called the store I was told they were on back order. That is not what we were told at time of purchase. We only had one delivery date and was not available for multiple deliveries. I was told by sales person that was out of their control, yet at time of purchase she said everything was in stock. They should not have told us everything was in stock when it wasn’t. Once we received partial delivery, it was now becoming all drawn out…sorry, all the other stuff will be a couple months-I should have had them take back the two pieces and cancelled the order so we could get an organized delivery. This type of service is not acceptable. I want people to be honest and up front. This transaction was not very good business. We specifically stated we wanted what ever we decided on to be delivered all in one order. Going elsewhere for the other three rooms. So sad-

We have a deferred program, which is very similar. The main difference is that we do not order the product(s) until the order is paid in full. The deferred program basically lets you lock in a great price even if you aren't 100% ready to buy right then and there.

Hi Gina, we are a licensee. We own the 8 Dallas-Ft Worth stores and the store in El Paso, TX.
I don't know how much it is, but I do know that if you wait for their Memorial Day sale coming up , you will save 30% easily. Call and ask them when their Memorial Day sale starts. They are great people.
