This treatment center has helped me in so many ways I couldn’t possibly list them all. I am very thankful that they have so many caring genuine employees. Maria, Michelle, Yvonne, Christina. As long as your following the program correctly everything will turn out as their treatment plan for you should. There’s just one time they said my screening came back positive and I know it was a mixup on their end, yet I was still punished, other than that. Thumbs up

I've been going here a year, but I have been to a different clinic and courtesy dosed at a 3rd one in Las Vegas so I can compare this clinic to the others. This clinic has great clinical staff, including great counselors Melisa and Michele, but the dosing takes forrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeevvvvvvvverrrrrr. If you plan on visiting the area to dose here, call your clinic and this one both twice to verify. I've had it messed up 3 out of 4 times and didn't get to dose on the day of my mom's funeral. I should have come earlier, but still to absolutely not dose me is not cool. There are only 2 windows, but one window open is common 50% of the time. Here at Colton the line is running outside most times I go. I believe they have too many patients and not enough staff. There is a new security guard every week, usually involving a lot of hostility between the patients. If patients were in and out in less than 5 mins like the other clinic, people wouldn't be as irritable and hostile with security staff. At least that was my experience at the other clinic. This clinic is a good motivation to stay clean and get take homes because otherwise you will be spending close to 30 mins a day average waiting in line here. Saturdays it's closer to an hour, and that is mostly outside in the hot summer days :-/ At the last clinic I went to staff would check you into the computer, then you would have a seat in the lobby. They had 3 windows open all the time, and when it was your turn, the dmv style number board would call you. This eliminated having to stand in line (where a third of patients are handicapped and can't walk or stand well) and any and all fighting dealing with cutting in line. So If I get a job as director of Colton Clinical Services Tomorrow, those are the changes I will implement. You're Welcome. lol :-) So moving closer to a different clinic. This clinic was rated 3.7 I think, and the new one I'm going to is rated 2.7. I can't believe Colton is better than Riverside, but I shall see. I think there is one in Redlands, check that out first. The population could possibly sustain another clinic in the area (always do your due diligence). If I had the money I'd look into opening a new clinic. It's a 1000% return customer/repeat business product (hehe), and mostly paid for by insurance so you are guaranteed to get paid. Sounds like a low risk investment to me. Stay Healthy and Happy Y'all.

The staff here are pretty amazing. They serve everyone equally, professionally and as expediently as possible. Dealing with our "friendly" type of folk, is not the easiest to deal with at times...NOT AT ALL! But the staff are some of the most gracious and respectful people that I have ever dealt with. Thank you to you all for everything.

Andrew Todd. Yes. They usually need you there as soon as they open. You have to have USED within the last 24 hours of going in. I recommend calling before showing up. The doctor is only on site MAYBE twice a week, and sometimes they're full ( as far as patient intake ) so they'll put u on a waiting list. Call and ask for Maria. She's the intake nurse. Goodluck...
