I lived and worked in Orange for many years. I moved away, but I thought I would call to get a quote on a Zero. I was told that is not how I should get a quote, I couldn't order the bike I wanted, and they couldn't figure out why I would attempt to order from this location. Then they put the phone down instead of using the hold button to talk for several minutes. I hung up. I ordered from another dealer and got the exact bike I wanted at a good price.

I purchased a 2022 Zero Fx from Jay and the amazing team from Zero Motorcycles. From the beginning he was communicative, open, and transparent throughout the process. I'm in San Diego County so the process was done virtually and when the bike came in early he called and then delivered it to me at work. I met him the first time when I received the bike and he was just as cool and communicative in person as over the phone. The FX itself is incredible, it fits exactly what I was looking for and I am taking it on it's first trail ride this coming weekend. I highly recommend getting your Motorcycle from them, I will certainly be contacting them again in the future when I'm in the market for a new dedicated street bike to supplement my new awesome dual sport.

I’ve been riding motorcycles since the mid-1980s. In 2019, right at the beginning of the pandemic, I purchased my first Zero—a used model S from a friend, that he originally purchased from these guys—“ZMOC” they call themselves informally (rhymes with “smock”). Since then, I’ve owned a total of four Zero Motorcycles, all of them (ultimately) purchased from ZMOC. I fell in love with the Zero but the model S’s range was only about 35-40 miles… which is barely enough to make it to Cook’s Corner and back without charging…. so I sold it within a few months and bought a *new* SR, with double the range, from ZMOC. The range was much better… but it took too long to charge on long trips! Then I discovered the “Dual-J Rapid Charger” from e-Moto Design (designed by Scott Harkless), which allows charging 2x faster… but it only fits the SR/F and SR/S. So I sold the SR and bought a (used) SR/F… which was amazing, except I didn’t like the lack of fairing on the freeway. (Yes, I’m picky!) So finally, I sold the SR/F, and returned to ZMOC to purchase a shiny new SR/S, and ordered DJ-Rapid Charger (DJRC). I’m now finally happy with everything—the SR/S with a nice fairing and super-fast charging. All through these chaotic 2-years, owning 4 Zeros—two of which I didn’t even buy directly from them—Jay and Alina of ZMOC were friendly, welcoming, full of knowledge and advice, and most importantly from a customer service standpoint, *responsive*. They answered all my emails, texts, and phone calls. They even installed the DJRC for me, even though it’s not an officially supported Zero accessory, because I wasn’t confident I could do it myself. Their labour charges are fair—even generous. I’ve had a few minor technical problems with the Zero—for example the cellular connectivity was flakey, the main charging board was flakey… all things that one can expect with a bleeding-edge electronic bike like this. Every time, Jay+Alina would take my calls—even calling back if I left a message on their days off (Sunday/Monday)—to talk me through a problem. As battery technology improves, the range of these bikes will get longer—already the battery capacity of the 2022 SR/F and SR/S is 30% more than the 2021 SR/S I currently own. While I’m quite happy now with my SR/S, I have every intention of returning to ZMOC in a few years to get my 5th Zero. Thanks, Jay and Alina, for making my journey to E-bikes pleasant and fun!

Great product, terrible service! Guy who works here is a know it all and support for used bikes is non existent if they are too busy. Won't even put me on a schedule for a month out. Updating to 1 star based on reply that has nothing in common with my request

Hi Carol, We only sell and service Zero Motorcycles, which are electric, at this location. Best of luck in your search! (It might also be a good time to consider an electric motorcycle! Zeros are made in California, require no gas, need barely any maintenance, and have amazing torque. They are also automatic and clutchless. New and demo bikes qualify for a 10% federal tax credit and a $750 California rebate! We are also currently running a Cash for Carbon program which gives you an extra $1500 off a new 2020 SR/S or SR/S if you trade in your gas bike.) Best regards, Zero Motorcycles of Orange County
