This is geared towards the online pharmacy and mobile app. Thier online ordering and mobile app are total trash, no way to look up prescription on file. I know I have new prescriptions but there is no way to fill a new prescription without calling the pharmacy. It only works for refills on previous orders.So sorry you to hear you did not have a great experience, Jeff. I have used this Rite aid for years. The pharmacy is great and they are very reliable and are good with communication. My scripts have always been filled in an acceptable amount of time and they have a nice grocery area to grab a couple things i need as well. I like the rewards program too with your wellness card. Much faster than those big box stores and personal service.
