I had one of the best experiences purchasing my glasses from Jins. First of all, the staff were extremely nice and helpful specially Eron. I would recommend this to anyone looking for nice looking frames that actually fit you and their price is very reasonable!

Good customer service. Eron was very helpful. Got a nice new pair of frames and they helped add a blue light feature and shaved the lens.

I do not recommend this store, even though I like JINS's glasses. All four staff are very indifferent and avoid eye contacts all the time when I was trying to seek for assistance. They are absolutely unprofessional while being asked about pricing nor are they able to explain the different lens clearly. They seem to only care about restocking while there is customer waiting. I'm very sad that JINS hired these unfriendly and immature people to work in this store. I will not recommend anyone to shop in this store until they have a new management.

Joan/Jojo was such a sweetheart and she helped me finding the exactly pair that I was looking for. She was patient and super helpful. I was able to pick up my order after only 30 min. Love this place.
