Idk what management is doing but they’re doing something right. Every time we come, everyone is warm and welcome. From the host to the server. Amazing experience. It’s always clean as well. Hidden gem for sure! Keep up the good work everyone! Y’all are rare these days.

The lady who attended us did not bring everything that was lost and in the end she added everything to the bill and it took a long time and she did not deduct everything that she did not bring

I saw the heaters. But, I did not see them working. I was there in the morning.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
To place a catering order, click “Catering” on our website or call the restaurant directly. Red Lobster Rewards members may also order catering by using the My Red Lobster Rewards App to connect online or calling the number indicated on the app. We partner with ezCater’s delivery team to fulfill catering delivery orders. We’re confident that ezCater will provide quality service for our guests, at the most possible locations.
