Salsa could be better. Mexican salsa should have a bit of kick to it and lots of flavor, unfortunately the molcajete burrito sauce mostly just tastes like tomato and their salsas are weak

These tacos are so big and delicious. The meat is flavored so well and the people here are so nice. I had carnita and carne asada tacos. I will be back.

We found this place on Sawtelle just off Santa Monica and lucked out. The food was good, service low key, seating wide open right out front. We really enjoyed it.

Mask wearing and social distancing
I have been going to Nina's for about 2 years and it is fantastic. I have never had a problem with their food or service it is far superior to any place I've been for Mexican food.
There's a small parking lot and the typical "good luck with street parking on Sawtelle."
