Jordan was really mean to her obviously new coworker in front of like 6 customers, which was incredibly embarrassing to watch - can’t even imagine how the poor kid felt. There’s no organization to the roles people are working which makes the whole ordering process that much longer. There’s enough employees on the floor for them each to be doing one job instead of being in charge of one pizza start to finish. The girl at the register has no sense of food safety, she wiped her nose with her hand while ringing someone up. Of all the employees, none of them seemed to be in charge, a manager or shift lead could’ve changed the situation. The bathroom is gross too. The only saving grace was that the pizza was actually good.

Out of Basil on a Monday (we come once a week), main ingredient of several Pizzas. It's gonna be a long week. There is a grocery store 1 block away... They still billed me for the Basil, mind you, so profits still there - lol. Maybe tell the customers when they order the Pizza, they don't have one of the 3 ingredient? Update! Tried another visit... So after our last visit, we decided to give it another chance. So surprise surprise - they had Basil! BUT:... plot twist - no Mozerella (Ovalini) cheeze. So again only 2 of 3 ingredients. They didn't share this news until we had placed our order and they started to make our Pizzas. So we told them we didn't want the cheeze-less pizza and walked. Took back a star. Also, minor complaint, they forgot to unlock their parking lot access door, so customers and staff have to go around the front.
