You reserve a specific car and they never have the car you reserved. You pay for a full size and they give you a compact. Then you ask them to make it right and they do nothing for you and act like you’re the problem. Go to another location.

Rented a car after a minor accident . Location was busy but efficient. About 5 mins to check in/out . I was helped by CELEDONIO he was very professional and made the process run so much smoother . Definitely coming back when I need a rental for a quick weekend .

My experience with Enterprise was very pleasant. My insurance ordered a rental for me, I just arrived at the location, gave my rental code, went to the parking lot to pick the car, eventually they handed me the keys and the process was done. Same when I returned the car. Communication was clear and the staff is so helpful. Shout out to Tyler the Management Trainee; his attention was off the charts.

This was the worse experience ever, for returning the car back , I called for free pick up service within Corona site, I talked to the employee day before the pick up date and he confirm that they are coming to pick it up tomorrow at 10 am, I waited and no one came, I called them and it takes forever to answer the call, they keep transferring the call within the department and no one helped me with my request, they ended up transferring the call to the road side assistance although I don't have any mechanical or accident issues, they transfer me again and one representative said we don't have this service, I talked to 3-4 staff regarding that, everyone said different story. It’s written clearly on the website about this service, however; none of the employees there aware about that, plus they don’t have any idea they are not helpful at all. I had to take the car by myself to the office, although I have a confirmed request to come and pick it from my place. That was the most horrible experience ever.
