They lied to me about the watch. Confirmed by actual Rolex dealer in letter below. I purchased a GMT that was sold to me as a new, display model watch. I was told it was new, never been owned, but likely tried on at the authorized Rolex dealer. What I received was a 4-6 year old, pre-owned watch, with several areas of damaged. In fairness the watch is in "good" condition but far from the "new display" watch I paid for and was expecting. The refinishing work they did to try to pass this as a new watch was done poorly and devalued the watch. Don't make the mistake I did. Just wait for an authorized Rolex dealer to get in the watch you want. I am relieved that it is likely not a fake watch but I am very disappointed that authentic watches knowingly lied about the condition and details of the watch.

I’ve never bought a watch online and certainly never expected to buy one this expensive from another country. These guys were professional the order came the next day had no problem with customs. The watch is exactly what I ordered and I love it. Now the band is small but they seem to be making an effort to help me get a larger size. The drawbacks of shopping online I guess. Nothing perfect.
