The third week of July, I dropped off a Hunter Douglas Window covering to have it repaired under warranty. I was told it would probably be a couple weeks, and I would be called when it returned. The first week in September, I called to inquire about an update. After a few moments I was told it had been found in the warehouse and I could come pick it up. Looking at the shipping label on the box, it showed that it had been shipped back to Carpet One August 1st. So, 5 Weeks Later no one had contacted me to say it had arrived. 5 weeks. I have to wonder, if I had not called them, how long would it have lounged in their warehouse. No awareness and not even an apology, or explanation.

There complete material and labor cost estimate came in as quoted even with an application change order on wood flooring at the time of installation. Their sales, installation, and support staff were all professional and a pleasure to work with. In 40 years of purchasing flooring supply and installation as a homeowner and business person I can think of only one vendor who I was as happy with when everything was done and they are located on the other coast of the country.
