Clean hotel room, few small issues but no big complaints. Very quiet stay, very comfortable. No rooms are not allowed to have microwaves, thats hotel policy. You have to use microwave at front desk entrance in office.

It was very clearly apparent that the room I had stayed in was not cleaned properly. Sunflower seed shells on the ground, a train ticket on the top of the cabinet, dirty bathroom, and stains on counter tops and dresser surfaces. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

I checked in here three days ago. Everybody was nice. Everybody was attentive to my needs. I’m in between homes. I checked in here for a week in between selling my home and purchasing my new home. Everything was fine in the beginning. Then I bought some food, and noticed the refrigerator had moldy water in the drawers and mold. I called the front desk once and asked for assistance in cleaning the refrigerator. Nobody called me back. Then I called again. I was informed by the front desk girl there were no cleaning supplies on hand nor were there cleaning people to help me. Housekeeping leaves right after their jobs . This happened in the evening. I purchase some food I went to put it in the refrigerator and the mold was everywhere. I don’t think I have to carry cleaning supplies bleach, baking soda or anything like that. I have cancer. I am undergoing treatment right now at the Cleveland clinic Main campus for many medical needs. I’m 66 years old and I’m on Social Security. Prices are fine. The service is not. I believe that I should receive some sort of compensation for this. As I have to put my fresh food on the windowsill and open the window in order to keep it cold. This is not right. I’m in the building B, smoking building, which is fine. I do feel safe and protected. But as far as cleanliness, there is none. The housekeeper is doing the best she can she’s an older lady, and she’s pregnant, we talked about that, then some big tall dude that doesn’t even really work here, was rude to me in the front door yesterday. I told him I was calling corporate, and he just disrespected me. There are people that work here to hang around here that are not associated with this hotel management. All they do is hang around. I do not like this. I did not sign up for this. What can you do to compensate me? I will not be leaving here until April 1

I paid for an 2 over night stay. Was completely unsatisfied. The front desk were mean/rude.room I paid for..bathtub was filthy/the whole bathroom was not clean!!!!! room looks old fashion outdated. housekeeper is thee worst.this place needs to be closed down. poor services. poor housekeeper. this place is dirty. recommend do not stay here. no refunds. unprofessional workers and housekeeper. 0 stars !!! wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business. i agree with all other reviews. saw bedbugs roaches and everything. ewwww either housekeeper nasty or the owners. all them is nasty!
