I have purchased a washer, dryer and very recently a refrigerator from Lou at Nampa Appliance. All my experiences have been great! They worked with me on delivery and also coming back to help resolve a problem that was not their fault. Customer service sometimes seems to be lacking around town, but not at Nampa Appliance. They were so accommodating to us in every way. Special thanks to Tim in delivery for resolving my problem. All my future appliances will come from here. I recommend them highly.

Tried to buy the dishwasher I wanted, which their website showed in stock. Even though it was listed at a higher price than larger appliance stores, I prefer to support local businesses. Unfortunately, not only was I unable to find the model among their displays, I was also unsuccessful at getting help. The woman at the desk barely acknowledged me when I entered, and only after I said hello. She never asked if she could help me find anything. Neither did the man who noticed me peering at the floor model labels—I looked up, he made eye contact and hesitated for a moment, but as I opened my mouth to ask for help he decided to carry on through the door to storeroom. Surprised and disappointed at the lack of customer service, because this is where the smaller stores usually out-compete the large chains.
