Conveniently located off the freeway. The park is very clean with lots of trees. The spaces are nice. They offer different activities. They have a pool and a new disc golf course. We would call this park Five stars.

This is the nicest RV park we have stayed at! The grounds were kept up, the staff was friendly, and there were plenty of beautiful trees everywhere. The restrooms, showers, and laundry were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This is probably the most beautiful RV park we have ever stayed in HOWEVER, there are a few things I wish I'd known that would have affected my decision to book a site here. 1. The location is right off 40 and I-70. The traffic noise does NOT stop. We went here for a week of vacation to relax and while you do get used to the traffic noise, that is not what a week in "nature" means to me. 2. This park is almost exclusively "full timers" Every camper in the place was well cared for which was nice to look at. People live in this park year round. They get up in the morning and go to work if they aren't retired. We were going to a week's getaway and the atmosphere here is more like a really nice trailer park than a nice RV resort. 3. And finally, the water..... it is a well. It is very hard and did stain my shower and toilet after being there only 4 nights. With all that said, it really is a very nice park and would be a great place to pull over for one night (they do have a row of pull through sites) But, beware, if you are going for a vacation feel or a getaway from life's craziness, you may want to think twice.

The majority of sites seem to be long term for folks who use the park on the weekends. Little respect for others personal space - people constantly walking through your site. Golf carts everywhere being driven by children. I saw one run a stop sign and almost hit an RV in the intersection - the adult grabbed the wheel just in time. Another almost took out the sewer hose cutting through someone's site and I thought they were going to tip over they swerved so hard to miss it. The laundry room is badly in need of an upgrade and new machines. Machines were in varying states of disrepair and per the long term residents had been that way for a long time. My site was gravel and fairly level. OK for an overnight but I wouldn't choose this park for anymore than that.
