Terrible service, it does not work in some areas of Van Nuys, customer service does not solve anything, I will look for another company that gives me service, I am tired of complaining

rude customer service, we went today at 6:13pm and the guy closing up ignored us even though he saw us there waiting to speak to him, he went walked away without asking what we needed so he could go hang out with his friends, when we were looking at the hours he came back and abruptly lifted his voice in a peach tone saying excuse you and my mum and i were shocked by that when we stepped to the side my mum was asking him a question and he cut her off saying “you need a certificate and social” and closed the door with lock and went back inside and my mum was shocked and said “that’s not what i was asking about” and he swayed us off and ran back inside, his friends were laughing at us because of how he shooed us away. we’re cancelling our services and everything after this experience, i can’t wait to see this business fail.

What can I say , I got my free cell device from them when no other company was out to hand them . Plus Truconnect is the only Valley based ! Having their office in the Panorama City Mall area . Totally recommend 👌

Ey, they got them flip phones available. Also the uhmm 'nitro55C in black which comes with a plastic case, headphones & the screen protector too.

Noup! Only 1 free device . But listen if you happen to have an extra device roaming around just switch the sim card & continue using your free services
