I need a tire repair while visiting the area. The person I spoke to told me to drop it off (not sure if he was referring to the tire or the car) and he would get to it between when I called and 5 pm. I asked for a more exact time he told me he was really busy (it was a Sunday, I'm not sure how true this is) and couldn't give me a time. I explained I was from out of town and would not be in the area all day and he gave the name of other places to try. Not impressed but they guy was respectful about the situation.

The quality of there checking all fluid levels in both my wife's car and my truck did not happen. They also neglected to check air pressure in ties that were purchased from them.

They were awesome. Didn't try to make me buy the top of the line stuff. Very cordial, down to earth. Got 4 tires and was in and out within 40 minutes. Reasonable prices as well.

Yes, they can do that.
No it was about a hose problem and they did a good job but the desk guy he didn't welcome me and he didn't even watch my face at the moment I was explaining the problem to him I believe it is rude to not have eye contact with customers.
There are only 3 chairs inside & you need to wear a mask (they have some on the counter).
