There are two approaches to coffee. One is: Meh, I need to not be tired, gimme Folgers. The other is: Coffee is a science, nay, an artform, nay, coffee is the very essence of life! If you want the latter type of experience then go to Craftsman and Wolves. They take coffee seriously. And matcha. I think they must be using some authentic Japanese ceremonial grade matcha powder because their iced matcha latte with oatmilk is fire.

Ordered the Rebel Within. We ate the muffin there and it was the perfect savory breakfast muffin. It wasn’t a runny yolk like advertised but it was still delicious, would order again
