I highly recommend Extra Space Storage at 8392 Power Inn Road. The manager, Theresa, was extremely courteous, sincere, and helpful. When I had to leave messages, she returned my phone calls promptly and answered my questions thoroughly. The unit I'm renting is clean and well lit; there's an actual light inside, as opposed to a different facility that was charging a higher amount for the same sized unit. I opted for the temperature controlled unit, and I'm happy with it. As a bonus, there are carts that are actually available for use and make transporting boxes much easier and quicker - the other facility advertised it, but not once did I see them around (I was there for over 2 years). The whole facility is kempt and seems safe.
