Sometimes taking the family out for dinner can be hard if no one can agree on the cuisine so we went to BJ's for their large selection. Food and customer service were great. I wish I took a picture of the amazing double bonein pork chop I ordered. It was cooked perfect.

The wait for them to take your money is too long you’re sitting there with all the empty plates for like 10-15 minutes

Server not greeting us. Server took a long time to bring the food and the full rack of ribs was cold, very dry and inedible. That might have been an old plate sitting in the kitchen for a long time and still, they decided it was a good idea to feed it to a human being... I had to ask for a replacement. Another time it was lunch time and not even busy. I waited 1 hour for the food. The waitress never came by to check on anything. When the food finally came out, it was burnt on one side, but they hid it upside down, as if I would not look to see what I was going to eat. The waitress said that my food was picked up by another server, because he ordered the same thing, (on top of the fact that the kitchen was late on sending out the food, too). You do know that all food tickets have table numbers on them, right? So, what kind of incompetent and inconsiderate server would pick up a plate from the kitchen just because his order looks the same, instead of checking what table is for? The manager came "to explain", not letting me talk, verbally pushing me around and deciding for me that they will replace the food, completely disregarding the fact that I had already been waiting for 1 hour, until their garbage food landed on my table. I actually had to raise my voice so I could get a word in, since he was so rude and controlling. I told him I don't want any replacement and I can't waste any more time here, so I am leaving to go eat somewhere else. A couple of bigger tables were sat later than me and they got their food before me... Yeap, racist mofo mexican servers and customers; what else is new? Never stepped foot in there again. People never forget the way you make them feel, so don't take anyone's patience for weakness. You can only speak for yourself; don't make ANY decisions for me. Who the he!! do you think you are?
