I tried to go to literally any other surgeon because this office is out of network for my insurance. I wasn’t able to get in anywhere else that was in network in a reasonable timeframe, so I decided to bite the bullet and pay a little more out of pocket. When I called to schedule the appointment a little over a month ago I asked for them to tell me what my out of pocket cost would be. I was told my out of pocket cost should be right around $1642.50. At the time of my appointment I was informed the out of pocket cost was over $2700. This is $1100 more than I was told by their staff. They claimed to have sent me mail at the beginning of the month regarding the change in cost but I have not received a single piece of mail from them. They say it’s probably because of a change in my insurances billing, but regardless it’s absolutely ridiculous. The surgical team themselves did a great job and I am in minimal pain, but the billing department in this office is an absolute joke.

I was so anxious to get my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed. I was so anxious from the minute i walked in but they did amazing to make me feel calm and like family. I was in and out and didn't feel or notice a thing. Would recommend them to anyone
