Placed an order for 2 pizzas. An hour into it tried to call- no answer. I was sure it had to be ready and they just forgot to update the tracker. Nope. Was told it will be another hour and a half. 2.5 hours wait for 2 pizzas. Store is dirty and nasty too. Never again

We ordered online and waited half and hour and the app stayed on prep. We called and they had canceled our order. From what the other reviewers have posted this seems to be a common occurrence. We definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered a pizza online and waited an hour and a half. Pizza was never even put in the oven. I called the store to ask for the district manager's phone number, and got the run around. After putting it plain and simply that I wanted to complain about the store, I was swore at and hung up on. Never once did I raise my voice or resort to fowl language. Brittany and Dustin are the absolute worst at customer service. I would order anywhere else but here, and I really loved the cheesy bread....Oh well!!!!
